Here is a song by Mali (i guess you can say “originated) musicians, Amadou & Mariam. The song, although not that special on its own (in my own mind don’t forget, yet is raved about by a large following) has been remixed by Miike Snow, the Swedes (and american) who i wrote about in like November. Ya they are great. This remix has made this song come out of left field and garner some of my personal attention on my iTunes over the past little while.

Unknown? The group played at Lollapalooza! Seriously, they’re actually pretty big (albeit a bit out of your typical genre).
