Being one of the most, if not THE most influential rapper/producer of past decade, I thought it would be key to cover some of Kanye’s tracks for Sample Sundays. Although I’m not his biggest fan, I still enjoy listening to some Kanye here and there. This is not only my favourite by him, but I think the track managed not to destroy the original track where the sample comes from… by Melanie. The sample was taken from near the end of the track (around 2:40) when Melanie starts humming the melody.
