Acid House Kings has been around longer than we’ve been alive. The Swedish pop band features both male and female vocals, with a happy-go-lucky sound that’s simply contagious. They recently released their fifth and newest album – just in time for spring. When we first listened to This Heart is a Stone, we were in a Jeep as old as the band, blissfully bobbing our heads. We literally stopped the car on the side of the road, got out, and just danced.

Their playful songs and catchy choruses are an immediate mood lift-up. A unique indie pop band, Acid House Kings are definitely worth a listen.
