My favourite listen of this week has to go to Talib Kweli’s 2002 debut album. The album is called Quality, and the content is nothing but what the title reads. Every track in this album is saturated with dirty beats and mad lyrics, leaving me with no choice but to listen through his whole discography. Even though all of his albums are equally amazing, I decided to stick to Quality as it is his first studio album, and this our first post on him on ThisBonusTrack. I’m hooking you guys up with my personal favourite track of the album entitled Get By, a track that has been keeping me hyped up as I pedal through the streets of downtown Toronto on my road bike, even on the rainiest days.
