I’m not sure how long he’s been around, who he is, or if he has anymore than two songs. As a matter of fact, I’m not even sure if Indians is a “he” or a “they”. All I know is, since I came across this 3-minute song a half hour ago, I’ve listened to it 10 times.
Magic Kids is a perfectly dreamy track that builds to a pleasantly chiming climax. “No, your eyes don’t see anymore / No, your hand isn’t here anymore”. Repeated throughout, these lyrics hum and compliment the track’s serene disposition. It’s a gloomy notion, wrapped and delivered in a beautiful medium.
